We’re so happy you’re making the journey to celebrate with us. To help you get to the Bastide as smoothly as possible, here are some travel tips and recommendations.
FLIGHT
Marseille Provence Airport is
just a 20-minute drive from the venue.
STAY
There are plenty of charming places to stay in Marseille, close to the location. Here are some of our favourites, in walking distance to the Vieux Port:
SHUTTLE
A shuttle service will be provided on the wedding day, with pick-up at a location by the port (to be confirmed). It will also take guests back to the port later in the evening. Please confirm in the RSVP form whether you would like to use the shuttle to get to the venue.

WELCOME
DRINKS
We’d love to kick things off the night before with some welcome drinks! Join us on Friday evening from 7pm for a relaxed get-together with drinks and snacks. It’s the perfect chance to get to know each other before the big day – and start the celebrations early!

Saturday, 9 May
WEDDING DAY

Please arrive by 4 pm to enjoy some welcome drinks and mingle.

Wedding Ceremony
5pm
Join us in taking your seats by 4:50 as the ceremony begins.
Aperitif Hour
5:30pm
Enjoy a drink, a few bites and the sounds of our live band as we ease into the evening.
Dinner is Served
8pm
A seasonal menu crafted with love will be served at your table. Bon appétit!
Party Begins
10pm
Let’s head inside to dance the night away – until 3am for those whose feet won’t tire.
Midnight Snack
12pm
For those still dancing, a quick bite to keep you going will be offered.
Sunday, 10 May
FAREWELL BRUNCH
Join us on Sunday from 12pm for a slow morning to ease the hangover, exchange stories and say our goodbyes while enjoying some delicious breakfast.

Are kids invited?
We love your kids. But to keep things intimate, this celebration is for adults only. Thank you so much for understanding.
Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Yes, check out the Travel section for all the info you need. We will update it closer to the date with exact pick up location and timings.
Can I bring a plus one?
To help us with planning, the invitation is extended only to the people named on it.
What’s the dress code?

Welcome Drinks (Friday): Summer Cocktail attire – a nice dress or dress shirt and trousers. Feel festive but comfortable!

Wedding day (Saturday): Black Tie (optional) – feel free to dress up formally with a tuxedo or evening gown, or go elegant with a dark suit or cocktail dress.
